You will want to be here for the final event of the day, so powerful it will leave you tingling with energy - Your very own Shower of Power!
If you want to make changes in your life - transformations - Come ready to dig deep and work during this Fabulous Fun day of Discoveries, then commit to incorporating one small practice at a time when you go home. This is not a day of motivation to just get excited about then go back to the status quo when you go home. Let this day long experience be the catalyst for change in action!

Identify and break free from the thought patterns that are holding you back. Learn to catch, dispute, and change the thoughts that do not support you.
Rediscover your core and underlying values to unlock greater joy by consciously living into those values.

Commit to creating the first simple yet powerful mindful habit, that restores harmony within, on a daily basis for 30 days.
As the first habit becomes your automatic response to encountering conflict or feelings of stress rising up, then add the second practice.
Repeat until you have at least ten habits you can rely on as your new automatic reflex turning old feelings of distress to calm harmony. This only works if you continue to practice.
Breathing in and Breathing out. There is always a flow, an exchange. Release. Be at ease. Now focus on your breath as you draw a fresh breath. Smile..
